our official returns policy
for institutions... |
Within
the guidelines outlined below, you may return any
non-defective video merchandise purchased from Video Aided
Instruction that is in “perfect condition”
and is still being actively published (that is, available for sale
at http://www.videoaidedinstruction.com).
Video Aided Instruction defines “perfect
condition” as: merchandise (including packaging) must
be completely free of marks, stickers, labels,
scratches, cuts, dings, etc., and must include, intact,
all packaging and study guide materials
(except the original shrinkwrap) that accompanied its initial sale. Upon return, we will issue you,
less Shipping & Handling, a refund
or credit against future purchases. Whether you choose to receive
a refund or credit, we will update your account to reflect the returned
merchandise; however, your institution will
still be responsible for timely payment of the Shipping & Handling
charges incurred as part of the initial order. Sorry, we cannot
accept returns of printed study guides.
Although
we strive for perfection here at Video Aided Instruction, on rare
occasion you may receive defective or damaged merchandise. Within
the guidelines outlined below, upon return, we will replace at our
expense any product that proves defective in workmanship or materials
or has been damaged in shipment with the same
product only. To
return merchandise, you have 30 days from the
delivery of your order to do the following:
- contact us to request a Return
Authorization Number (R.A. #);
- clearly mark your return package
with the R.A. # you are issued; and
- ship out your return package to
us (insurance is recommended).
Please note: If the condition of any non-defective merchandise submitted
for return is deemed to be below the “perfect
condition” standard defined above, the return will be
rejected. Returns that are late or without
a Return Authorization Number will also be rejected.
This policy is subject to change without notice.
All institutional orders submitted to Video Aided Instruction are
subject to the terms of this policy. |
